One Deep Breath - Emotion

Solemn quietude
Remembrance washes my heart
Shocking callousness
Bitter flavors spew despairing
Tears flowing five years gone by

Thank you, Anne. I don't believe I shall ever get over this 'event.' I feel embarrassed at times for my feelings, but they run so deep, and are so intense, that it's hard to believe we've already lived five years with the memory, and they are not fading. I keep a newsclipping on the outsite of my binder, and my treasured photos are by Jerry Spagnoli, which appeard on the last page and inside cover of Double Take, Special Edition. I am reminded of the cruelty rendered in the name of religion, and appalled. Again, thanks.

That is truly beautiful Annie! You such a excellent writer! I just tried to not watch too much T.V yesterday, and sat by my pond and meditated yesterday afternoon.
That helped me the most!
