Bridges (another) and Vicci's old photo challenge

I am putting this time off to good use. Writing heals many hurts. Cleaning and clearing resurrect memories and form bridges over time. I am three in the first picture, sitting but ready to leap from my mother's lap. Below it, I'm 27 and embracing my son, Quanah, holding fast to my lap.

Bridge across love's lap
One child ready to leap 'way
Another holding close.

With all the moving you did, you were still able to find exactly what you needed. I call that organized, Annie! Kudos. And, yes, those smiles reign.

Now look at you Annie! Love how you put the two together. "The Bridge" is gets us from one side to the other doesn't it?!

I love your little dress with your mom. You look like you were shy.. were you?

And you look like you were just beaming with love looking at your little one!

Hey! I just checked my e-mail! You wrote me! Thank you! I will write you back!

Oh, I like this poem, and your photos. Who would have thought so much would come from the bridge prompt?
