Once upon a time, in a land called Willows, Princess Corey returned to her home from a land far away across the sea. But after 7 weeks, she yearned for her beloved prince who had remained home to attend to the duties of the kingdom.
The Princess loved being at home with her parents in the kingdom of her youth as did her children but time needed to slow down a bit so she could take a breath from all of her duties as princess of the kingdom.
So, she gathered her friends from near and far and a great party was celebrated with a special guest of honor, her fairy godmother. Godmother Mary was a magical woman who lived in a house filled with treasures stacked to the ceiling. Princess Corey knew there was one person, Elfin Annie, who would love beyond all things, the opportunity of seeing her Godmother's treasures
But more than that, Princess Corey knew that Annie would like to meet the star in her friendship crown, Stella Shelley.
Making haste, she summoned Elfin Annie and in a wave of her hand, whisked her through a secret garden and into the Land of Willows.

What a wonderful story, and I just love the photo. A place where I could become lost in my thoughts. Thanks for sharing.
Beautifully written Annie! Can't wait for more on Stella Shelley.
HUGS
And the Princess and her friends had a wonderful time. Too soon Elfin Annie had to get back into her carriage to go home, because she lived so far away; but they knew that friends would be friends no matter the distance that separated them.
It sounds enchanting. Hope you didn't leave a glass slipper.
this is a lovely tale, of course I anxiously await the rest of the story! What a magical photo!
XOXO
Beautiful, just beautiful! Made me just smile and dream.
The photo looks like where I'd like to go for my "happy place." Amazing to me that such a place really exists. Beauty and kindness are cool.
Annie I love your story I can't wait to hear more.
I anxiously await the second installment.

Oh Annie, you know how I love stories, and telling them. This is wonderfully writen, and the picture perfect....I would say with the others...more! More.
lovely 'faery tale' dear Annie xo
Oh Annie
As you know Shelley is the one that holds the wand! Let the story unfold, your words are golden and you wear the sweetest of crowns!
I love fairy tales and this one is priceless. ;)
Beautiful photo and tale to go with it! I think the tale is a true tale cannot wait to see and read more!hugs NG
Its not a tale! It happened!
Didn't it?
Yes, it really happened but to tell the story and yet not trample all over privacy, I'm turning it somewhat into a fairytale. In poetry they call it "lying your way to the truth", a not so fancy way of saying "poetic license". LOL
Such a sweet story - and what fun! xo
