A Virgin A Day #6

My grandmother Esther, my great-grandmother Nonni Charlotte, my father Russell in my grandmother's arms, and my uncle Robert at Nonni's side. 1922.  And over them, the Mother of us all guarding them with her all encompassing love.

She is always there for us.  She is the mother of mothers.  Our strength flows from her loving heart and spreads to the world.

Mmmm! I love this family picture in itself, but with Mary, it's magnificent! How'd you do that?

A great creative idea! One that I will borrow. The imposition of Our Lady over a vintage photo is extremely meaningful to me.

Beautiful family photo. Love how "the mother of mothers" is right there with them all. Thank you. Love it.

Oh Annie, I just love how you composed your picture. I also like to incorporate my holy card images with family members that have gone home. Take care.
