Mr. Boone heard about the memorial focusing on the deaths of the Benghazi heroes and contacted organizer Ginny Rapini and asked if he could speak at the program and perform a song that he had recently written. Ginny clearly gave his request a resounding YES. He was inspiring and he was in great voice.
