I love to wander around the farmers market is in our heavily-treed hills area, epecially this time of year when Autumn leaves are crunched underfoot. I live in a more open, flat area of the city, and look forward to this outing.

your local market is charming with the colorful umbrellas. my husband and i go to our local market, wander the isles and talk about when we might cook the upcoming week. often in so california it is sunny and warm, we run into people we know and chat. it's a lovely ritual.
