This is so lovely Annie... I feel that I am on a quest or journey in your haiku and image, I sit patiently, quietly, and will move when that faint light takes my hand...
definitely a heavenly ceiling! this is the 3rd place I've encountered about questions or prayers being answered...in time! God's time, I'd say. Maybe I'm mixed up, but I think it was you to whom I spoke of the former daughter-in-law. Any way, she called to make sure it was okay to come have coffee with me today. After we talked for a while, I remembered that today is the 11th- the anniversary of my husband's death. She always spends a part of the day if she is not working. She's a gem, right?
"Lost in questions of longing" - what a breathtaking line that is! I wonder if it is OK that I 'steal' that line to use in one of my art journals someday... enjoy your weekend!

Love the ceiling of that covered walk in the photo. I like the way you've used the letters of a word to start each haiku. Great job!
Peace

It is good to get to the place of 'no yearning'!! if only for a few minutes.
